ROHEI among Singapore’s Top 3 Best Workplaces 2017 (Small Organizations)

ROHEI is grateful to be among Singapore’s Top 3 Best Workplaces 2017 (Small Organizations) curated by Great Place to Work Singapore®.

The award was received by Calvin Yeo, Principal Consultant of ROHEI, accompanied onstage by Principal Consultant Helen Lim-Yang, at the Great Place To Work® 2017 Singapore Best Workplaces awards ceremony held at One Farrer Hotel on November 9.

“It really affirms the whole team at ROHEI who have labored tirelessly to build a culture of trust. This culture of trust that we have is something that we are delighted to be able to share with other organizations so that we can continue to inspire hope, joy, courage, and purpose in the global workforce.” Calvin said, accepting the award on behalf of the ROHEI team.

Chief, Strategy and Marketing Sophia Ng and Claribel Abadilla, Head of People Excellence, were also present to represent the ROHEI team at the awarding.

Great Place to Work is a global organization that aims to help build great workplaces for all through employee trust surveys, culture assessment, training programmes, as well as events and awards to highlight great workplaces and the value of being a great place to work.

“We participated in this year’s survey because building a culture of trust is a priority at ROHEI. As a learning and development consultancy, and as trainers and practitioners, we want to lead by example, to walk the talk as we impart the value of culture to our clients and partners,” says Helen Lim Yang, Principal Consultant at ROHEI.  

ROHEI thanks its leaders and staff for their wholehearted commitment to the culture of trust ROHEI has built over these last ten years. “It is difficult but the work continues,” says Rachel Ong, Chief Executive of ROHEI.
