Prior to joining ROHEI, Angel Marie mentored and trained student leaders in a plethora of youth leadership programs in Ngee Ann Polytechnic's School of Humanities and Social Sciences (HMS). She brings with her a strong background in logistics, events planning, and people management.
As the 2nd-in-charge to the faculty's Compulsory Student Orientation Programme (CSOP) for 1000 freshmen, Angel Marie led a troop of 250 leaders and facilitators to the event's success. She was one of the founding members of the faculty's first HMS Summit, an annual meeting for all student leaders across clubs and societies. Having been mentored by brilliant individuals from the faculty herself, Angel Marie believes in the importance of role models who empower youth to courageously collaborate and lead.
Apart from student leadership, Angel Marie is a passionate advocate for children living in poverty. She is a regular World Vision education sponsor and regularly works with various charity organizations internationally. In 2016, she initiated a feeding programme together with a non-profit organisation in the Philippines, bringing food and water to 300 impoverished Filipino children living in an active dumpsite.
Angel Marie holds a Diploma in Psychology Studies with a Certificate in Business.
At ROHEI, it is an utmost privilege to grow alongside some of the brightest minds and the kindest hearts but an even greater honour to call them family. Here, I am continuously blown away that every day is a celebration of life, excellence and victory stories of all individuals who walk through the company’s doors. Through thick and thin, ROHEI is fuelled by a fearless love for people. From the many joyful conversations around the office to colleagues braving life’s seasons together, ROHEI emboldens so many to always inspire hope, joy, courage and purpose to those around them.
Having visited 50 cities before turning 20, Angel's heart lies in uncovering stories behind new people she meets and new cities she discovers. She is her family's go-to travel planner and believes everyone should never stop exploring no matter what age you are.
When she is not in-between boarding passes, you will find her in the comfort of her huge family or feeding her love affair with food. Her mother is her best friend and she dreams of one day converting her family’s ancestral home in the Philippines into a restaurant called “Casa Corpus”.
