Account Manager
Position Summary
Are you a dynamic relationship builder with a passion for driving growth? We're seeking a talented individual to expand our client base and deepen existing partnerships. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our sales objectives by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring overall account success.
The candidate will be responsible for the following:
Understand the Market

Analyse industry trends and competitive landscape.

Assess the impact of market dynamics on our business and clients.

Identify emerging client needs and opportunities.
Drive Sales Growth

Develop and execute strategic sales plans.

Build strong client relationships through consultative selling.

Create and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.

Negotiate contracts and close deals.

Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify improvement areas.
Expand Client Base

Prospect for new clients and generate qualified leads.

Implement lead generation strategies.

Expand existing client relationships through cross-selling and upselling.
Achieve Financial Targets

Meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue goals.

Manage project profitability and optimize resources.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Build Strong Partnerships

Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Manage client expectations and deliver exceptional service.

Foster long-term client relationships.
Qualifications, Experience & Qualities:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proven track record in sales and business development.

A positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Experience with Salesforce is a plus!
