  • More about Eric

Eric is a certified Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner with The American Board of NLP and holds a full certificate in the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) from the Singapore Workforce Development Agency. He also graduated from the University of Singapore Institute of Management with a Bachelor of Science in Business.

Having started his career with an International Non-Profit Organization, Eric has gained valuable experience in project facilitation, volunteer recruitment and deployment, fund-raising and marketing to educational institutions. Through these, he developed an interest in Personal Development.

Eric furthered his career with ROHEI and has contributed useful insights on training delivery, learners’ engagement and activities with clients from a wide range of sectors including education, financial, government, healthcare, technology, logistics and service. He was one of the key facilitators in the designing and contextualizing of a Service Innovation learning journey for a financial institution, which was eventually rolled out across industries.

Aside from work, Eric is an Officer at The Boys’ Brigade Singapore. He mentors a group of young men and women to be future-ready. He has also been involved at the strategic and operational levels in the National Day Parade for 10 years in the team of motivators.

This is a ‘supercalifragilisticexpialidocious’ team. We work hard, we play hard. We are more than colleagues, we host one another in our caves, we tear in joy and sorrow with each other and more importantly, we journey and build lives together.

Eric enjoys watching NatGeo and Discovery Channel as part of his therapeutic recovery from a long day of work. He loves good conversations and travelling with his wife, Anna. He enjoys learning and his greatest home achievement was to repair his door lock, saving him $100.
