Fran spent five years at Diamond Hotel Philippines as Front Desk Associate, subsequently taking the post of Events Executive. She then moved to Intercontinental Hotel Manila as the Meetings and Events Manager for corporate meetings and corporate events before moving to Singapore’s Holiday Inn Atrium in 2014.
Our team draws much inspiration from the way hotels serve their clients, and Fran’s experience in the hospitality industry has provided her with ideas and systems that we implement to give our clients an experience that exceeds their expectations.
I came to know ROHEI when I was still working in the hotel industry. They held their Learning Carnivals at our hotel and I saw how they were different from other consultancy companies. They were every creative and innovative with their program and always had warm smiles. I saw how they enjoyed what they were doing and that made me curious.
I feel blessed to be part of this company in which we have a culture of affirming. We are also not afraid to give and receive feedback from one another.
Fran loves to bake as well as decorate cakes, coming up with the most delightful flavors and designs for her cakes. Her friends and colleagues know her as the Happy Baker Fran. She has become the official cake artisan for ROHEI birthday celebrants, and we have the privilege of tasting her unique creations each month.
When she’s not baking you will probably find her at home watching a TV series with her sister Bhel or eating out with her family.
Fran looks forward to traveling the world with her husband. She dreams of having her own cake business and being a mom to 3 kids.
